Sisters and brothers of the monastery

At Als Kloster we have 10 double rooms and three glamping cabins. They are named after the sisters and brothers who have lived here.

The rooms are different and each has its own charm. What they all have in common is that they are newly renovated and furnished in a cozy Nordic style.

It is, after all, an old monastery, and that is why we have opted out of TV and other modern distractions. However, we can whisper that we have installed Wi-Fi, and you can therefore still enjoy yourself with your own digital devices.

This double room is on the 1st floor of the farmhouse. It is cozy with its slanted walls, and it has its own large bathroom with two sinks, toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.

This cozy little double room is on the 1st floor of the farmhouse. The beds can be separated or pushed together to form a double bed.

There is almost a separate toilet/bath, as there is a bathroom directly opposite. It is also used by our conference guests etc., but it is far from every day that we have such visitors.

This double room is on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and private bathroom. Here you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the garden's fruit trees and perhaps a grazing deer.

This double room is a nice large corner room with its own bathroom/toilet. It is located on the 1st floor in an extension of the hotel hallway. There is plenty of space in Sister Elizabeth, and it is therefore suitable if an extra bed is to be made.

This small double room is on the 1st floor, and is part of the beach hotel corridor. There are two good beds, but there is no extra living space. It's a nice room if you just need to spend the night. There are toilets and showers in the hallway.

Worth knowing before booking

Als Kloster is primarily aimed at adults, but this does not mean that children are prohibited here. However, this means that we do not have, for example, a playground, changing areas, children's menus or small junior beds. Many people come here to enjoy nature and tranquility, and we want to protect that.

You can stay here at Als Kloster, whether you are on a romantic stay, whether you are walking the Gendarmstien and need a little pampering, or whether you are on a business trip and want to live in cozy surroundings. With us, the beds are made, there are enough towels and hairdryers for everyone, and you can make yourself a cup of coffee/tea throughout your stay.
