Here at Als Kloster, it exudes history and cosiness, and it is this very special atmosphere that we want you to experience with us.
The headline is "the good life" - and we put in the effort to be good hosts, decorate with good style and serve good food made from scratch. In the long term, our kitchen will be based on raw materials from our own gardens. A monastery always has both a vegetable garden, an herb garden and an orchard - and we are in the process of re-establishing them.
Whether you walk, cycle, sail or drive here, we are ready to welcome you.

At Als Kloster you also have the option of glamping. Glamping is a contraction of the words "glamour" and "camping" , and it covers a luxurious form of camping where you can get fresh air and beautiful nature experiences without compromising on comfort.
We have three glampingcabins, all built in the cozy circus wagon style. They are each 13-14 m2 and furnished like small hotel rooms. There is a good double bed, a small cozy corner, a small kitchenette with the possibility to make coffee/tea, and all around they have a terrace and an outdoor area with a fire place.
It's a shame to make extra beds in the cabins - we think it spoils the coziness. If there are more than two, you can either rent one more cabin, or contact reception to discuss the options.
The cabins are beautyful situated in our meadow, and there is access to brand new shower and toilet facilities in our retreat house.
The cabins can only be rented for a minimum of two nights at a time, and the overnight price includes breakfast for two people.
