Dear Guest
Here at Als Kloster, it exudes history and cosiness, and it is this very special atmosphere that we want you to experience with us.
The headline is "the good life" - and we put in the effort to be good hosts, decorate with good style and serve good food made from scratch. In the long term, our kitchen will be based on raw materials from our own gardens. A monastery always has both a vegetable garden, an herb garden and an orchard - and we are in the process of re-establishing them.
Whether you walk, cycle, sail or drive here, we are ready to welcome you.
Welcome to us here at Als Kloster.

Dinner at Als Kloster has its own special character. As this is a former monastery, everyone gathers around the tables at the same time and enjoys the same menu.

Dinner
Dinner is served at 7 pm, and if you'd like to start the evening with a welcome drink, the bar opens at 6.30 pm.
Please reserve your place for dinner no later than 12 noon on the day, either through the reception or online using the button below.
Our chef creates a new menu each day, and the idea behind the concept is simple: to gather around the table and enjoy a good meal together. We know it can feel a little adventurous not knowing the menu in advance, so it does require a little trust that we'll serve delicious, homemade food. We always aim to prepare dishes that appeal to most tastes.
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know when making your reservation. Vegetarian guests are very welcome, and we'll gladly prepare a suitable meal. As a rule, however, we don't offer vegan menus – we're simply rather fond of eggs, butter and cream.
Dinner is normally served as follows:
Weeks 05–19
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Weeks 20–41
Every day
Weeks 42–50
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Weeks 51–04
Closed for the winter
Dinner always includes a starter and a main course and costs DKK 265 per person. If you'd like something sweet to finish, dessert can be added for DKK 65.
