Booking of rooms

The rooms are paid for when booking, and you can then cancel with a full refund up until 15.00 the day before arrival. In case of later cancellation, there is no refund.

Booking of rooms for groups

If you are a group booking four or more rooms, 50% of the price of the rooms will be paid in booking fee instead. We will of course offset the reservation fee in the final settlement upon departure.

A group booking can be canceled with a full refund up to two weeks before arrival. In case of later cancellation, the reservation fee is not refunded.

check in
We have check-in from 15.00 and until 18.00. If you arrive later, just let us know and we will agree where you can find the key etc.
 

Check out
You have the room available until 10.00 on weekdays and 11 on weekends/holidays,  

Smoking
Smoking is only allowed outside.

 

Pet

​In our rooms on the ground floor (Sister Maria, Sister Teresa and Sister Madelaine) you can bring a quiet and calm dog by agreement. In that case, there is a cleaning supplement of DKK 150 per overnight stay.

Miscellaneous

There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

​

There is access to free coffee/tea in connection with the rooms during the entire stay. 

Food and drinks brought with you may only be enjoyed in the rooms and the possibly associated terrace/balcony. Other areas have a serving permit.

 

We reserve the right to price changes, and we reserve the right for new/changed taxes/duties/raw material prices as well as typographical errors in any advertisements/posts, etc.
 

Payment is made in Danish kroner, and all prices are incl. VAT unless otherwise stated.
