Here at Als Kloster, it exudes history and cosiness, and it is this very special atmosphere that we want you to experience with us.
The headline is "the good life" - and we put in the effort to be good hosts, decorate with good style and serve good food made from scratch. In the long term, our kitchen will be based on raw materials from our own gardens. A monastery always has both a vegetable garden, an herb garden and an orchard - and we are in the process of re-establishing them.

If you have seen the Danish TV-Series "Badehotellet" and think it looks cosy when the guests meet in the dining room - you will also think it is cosy to eat breakfast here at the monastery. Our dining room and the way it is done is almost like something out of a movie.

On most days "Abbedissen" opens during the day. Abbedissen is our cosy clone of a bar, café and restaurant - see more below.​​

The breakfast for our hotel guests consists of freshly baked rolls, cheese, jam, cold cuts from Als Pølser, local applejuice, coffee/tea, and the kitchen always comes up with a little something extra.
Breakfast is served on weekdays from 07:00 and on weekends from 08:00.
Breakfast costs DKK 100 per person and is only for our hotel guests.
